Faith Piotraschke, 64, of Shakopee, formerly of Mt. Lake, died March 1, 2014, at St. Francis Regional Medical Center in Shakopee.
Funeral services will be held Thursday at 10 a.m., at McNearney Funeral Home in Shakopee with Rev. Diana Hunstad officiating.
A private interment will be held at a later date.
Visitation will be held today (Wednesday) from 5 to 7 p.m. and Thursday from 9 to 10 a.m., at McNearney Funeral Home in Shakopee.
McNearney Funeral Home, 1220 Third Ave. East, in Shakopee is handling the funeral arrangements.
Faith H. Paulson was born Aug. 14, 1949, to Joseph and Caroline (Schoon) Paulson in Mt. Lake.
In 1969, she married Byron Piotraschke in Windom.
For over 25 years, Faith worked for Target Corporation, many years in Eden Prairie and then in Shakopee.
She enjoyed watching game shows, playing board and card games, Sudoku and other puzzles, and occasionally scrapbooking. She also enjoyed dancing with Byron and listening to their favorite bands together. Most of all, she loved her time with her grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Caroline and Joseph Paulson; brothers: Bernard, Dallas, Mervyn and Joe Jr. Paulson; and a sister, Sadie Elness.
Survivors include her husband, Byron Piotraschke; children: Deanne (Mark) Wandersee, Chad (Amy) Piotraschke and Kimberly (Eric) Shackelford; six grandchildren; a brother, Jerry (Rita) Paulson; and a sister, Dori Richter.
