A jolt from the white
Last week's thunder snow gave us an early reminder that spring and the dangers of lightning are very real. Several of our customers' homes were struck by lightning, or lightning struck nearby. This resulted in two dead computers, that we know of, and damage to other electronics.
This is an early reminder to help us protect our electronics during the spring and summer storm season. Here some tips to follow.

$600 million lawsuit against Microsoft over Windows 10 upgrade
Frank K. Dickman Jr. of Albuquerque, N.M., is the plaintiff in a recently filed lawsuit against Microsoft that seeks damages of $600 million. Dickman asserts that Microsoft ruined his laptop running Windows 7 after it forced an upgrade of Windows 10.
