SJA 24-28 = 52
Windom 26-35 = 61

A dominant inside performance and a 17-0 run in the second half carried the Windom Eagles to a 61-52 win over St. James Area Tuesday night at Windom.

The Eagles went on the 17-0 run after the Saints had tied the game at 28-28. Windom pushed the lead to 45-28 and never looked back.

The inside duo of Gina Hauge and Holly Larson proved too much for St. James to overcome. Hauge scored 14 of her game-high 24 points in the first half while Larson tacked on 10 of her 12 points in the second half.

Rachel Sorensen added seven points for the Eagles. Kelsey Hanefeld and Jasmine Carlson scored six points each.
