Windom police investigate break-in attempt, vehicle tampering

A recent attempted home break-in and vehicle tampering are under investigation by the Windom Police Department.

At 3 a.m. on Thursday, officers received a report of possible damage to a door lock on a sliding glass door in the 1400 block of 17th Street. At the same time, it was reported that nearby vehicles had been entered.
