Last week's American Red Cross bloodmobile stop at the Windom Community Center was another successful one.
The visit resulted in 80 units of blood collected from 68 donors. A total of 74 donors were present, six of whom were deferred.
A total of 56 whole blood units were collected and 12 double red cell units.
Four individuals reached milestones in their giving. Ray Wilson reached the 15 gallon level, Leo Doherty passed the five gallon level and Karen Johnson and Laura Koenig each reached the one gallon mark.
Winner of the $25 Hy-Vee gift card drawing was Stacy Hillesheim.
"Thank you to all the donors for taking time out of their busy day to donate," said Monica Muller, Red Cross blood drive coordinator and a member of Windom Women of Today.
Windom Women of Today hosted the blood mobile visit.
The next blood drive at the Windom Community Center is scheduled for July 16.
